Lahore, April 02, 2025 – The Pakistan Super League (PSL) has dropped its much-anticipated anthem for the 2025 season, titled X Dekho, igniting fervor among cricket fans as the league gears up for its landmark 10th edition. Released today, the anthem is a vibrant fusion of talent and a tribute to a decade of thrilling cricket, resilience, and Pakistani pride.
This year’s anthem introduces an eclectic mix of artists, headlined by Punjabi music icon Abrar-ul-Haq, who steps into the PSL spotlight for the first time. Joining him is the ever-popular Ali Zafar, whose flair for anthems is well-known, alongside Natasha Baig, a soulful vocalist making her PSL debut, and Talha Anjum, whose electrifying rap verses add a modern edge. Together, they’ve crafted a track that’s both a nostalgic nod to PSL’s journey and a bold anthem for its future.
PSL CEO Salman Naseer described X Dekho as a milestone celebration. “Ten years of HBL PSL is no small feat. This anthem reflects our pride in overcoming challenges and uniting fans worldwide. The diversity of these artists—spanning genres, regions, and styles—mirrors Pakistan’s rich cultural tapestry and the league’s inclusive spirit,” he said.
The anthem’s release sets the stage for an action-packed season, kicking off on April 11 at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, where defending champions Islamabad United will clash with Lahore Qalandars, a two-time titleholder. The 10th edition promises 34 gripping matches across six teams, concluding with the grand final on May 18 at Lahore’s iconic Gaddafi Stadium, which will host 13 games, including the Eliminators.
With X Dekho already trending, fans are buzzing about the season ahead. This anthem isn’t just a song—it’s a rallying cry for a nation ready to celebrate a decade of PSL glory.
